© Copyright 2026 – 360 Legal Forms provide access to certain legal services from third-party law firms, attorneys, and legal service providers (“Participating Legal Service Providers”) on a subscription basis (the “Legal Plan”). Nothing contained in these Terms of Service controls the fees and scope of representation subsequently agreed to by you and your Participating Legal Service Provider in a separate agreement.
Participating Legal Service Providers have agreed to provide the services described in your Legal Plan Contract in the areas of law of which they are qualified in the jurisdictions where they are eligible to practice to our customers free of charge. Participating Legal Service Providers are not employed by Complete Wills or Swyft Filings, the administrator of the Legal Plans.
Your relationship with a Participating Legal Service Provider is independent of your relationship with us. We do not warrant and are not responsible for any advice or information provided to you by the Participating Legal Service Provider you engage for services within or outside of the scope of the Legal Plan benefits. We do not influence or control the provision of services by Participating Legal Service Providers within or outside of the scope of the Legal Plan.
